Metro Concepts, formerly known as Metro Plastics – boasts 45 years of industry experience and heritage, with the proud proposition of being the leading PVC Plastic Pipes and Fittings manufacturer within the East and Central African region. We strive to produce the best quality products at the best prices in the prevailing market. We have incorporated internationally recognized Standards in our production process such as, British Standard BS 4346-Part 1:1969 and German Standard DIN 8063.
Metro Concepts East Africa Ltd branded pipes and fittings have a remarkable success history since they are compatible with all piping systems manufactured across international markets i.e the COMESA. We are currently implementing the production of 200mm pipes along with other types of fittings such as Soil Water, Sewer, Drainage and Low pressure. We will soon be producing 200mm pipes along with other types of fittings.
Our Team
Our team at Metro Concepts East Africa Ltd consists of over 350 workers drawn from the best in the industry with years of experience coupled with professionalism and the right attitude. The senior management team that is handling different departments includes Quality Control, Sales, Production (Pipes and Fittings), Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resource.
Quality Control
Metro Concepts East Africa Ltd has a dedicated team of quality control able to carry out tests like: Pressure, impact, heat reversion, softening and tensile among others. We take immense pride in our quality control to ensure that we deliver a consistently high standard pipe that gives our clients a lifetime guarantee of no leeks and hassle free life style. The manufactured pipes are subjected to our rigorous test before sold in the markets.
